Production and Sustainability

Our production is all about people, which is why we believe it is important to create an innovative and inspiring environment where we can produce the finest varieties of fresh pasta and gourmet foods, whilst having fun. We work with respect for both the environment and people, creating solutions that can contribute to the economic growth of those who work with us and those who choose to sell our products.

We believe in people, in their skills being developed into abilities and honed to create opportunities to be shared, with the aim of, in turn, improving the lives of others.

The factory

The production plant is located in Leinì, a short distance from Turin, and covers a total area of 5,000 square metres.

Inside, there are production lines designed and positioned to ensure that the process is as efficient, fast and safe as possible, both for the product and for the operators.

4.0 Machinery

The term ‘Industry 4.0’ refers to a smart business system in which the interconnection of machines, people and information enables improved performance and reduced waste, including energy waste.

Industry 4.0 machinery enables constant monitoring of all key parameters in a sensitive production process such as food manufacturing, and allows for the optimisation of all resources used in the process.

Sustainability

The plant is equipped with a state-of-the-art solar power system capable of meeting more than 50% of its energy requirements.

This decision, combined with the use of Industry 4.0 machinery and other optimisation systems, aims to make the production plant as environmentally friendly and energy self-sufficient as possible.
