As manufacturers, we have a duty and a responsibility to ensure the quality and safety of everything that leaves our factory. With this in mind, as well as carefully selecting our partners and suppliers, our quality control department meticulously checks everything that arrives, is processed and packaged at our premises.
The same attention we give to our products is also extended to everyone involved in the production process: our health and safety department provides all the necessary tools and appropriate training to ensure that risks are minimised and that staff can carry out their work in complete safety and comfort.
We have invested in cutting-edge technology that enables us to constantly monitor the quality of our pasta. Thanks to a digital monitoring system, we can test each batch to ensure it meets the highest standards, minimising waste and guaranteeing the freshness of the final product.
In addition to the HACCP system and thorough checks for foreign bodies, the quality control department carries out regular inspections, analyses and tests to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety for Pasta Girardi products.
The in-house quality department is supported by an external laboratory, which is responsible for carrying out all the more specialised and technical analyses.
