A Family Story

Ours is truly a family story: for three generations, we have been serving up pasta just as it used to be, just like it’s made at home. In a small workshop nestled in the Monregalese hills, we developed the habit of seeing fresh pasta as an everyday food, rather than just a dish typically served at celebrations. My maternal grandparents already had a history in the world of bread and fresh pasta, whilst my father, Mario, was in the world of pastry-making. Respect for raw ingredients, a focus on the local area and an endless passion for good food, combined with the awareness that creating solutions and satisfying people’s taste buds are part of our mission.

We have brought together our operational heritage, knowledge, skills and shared vision. We are carrying on a legacy in which hard work, expertise, traditions and a passion for good food are essential ingredients for creating wholesome, delicious products that we can share both now and in the future.

The growing demand for fresh pasta in the market – a place where traditions, flavours and relationships have always been preserved and passed down – led us in 1997 to move from a backroom workshop in Turin to a factory that gradually expanded to cover over 2,000 square metres of production space. The need to protect people, the environment, our products and our processes, as part of a journey of growth and innovation, led us in 2023 to the creation of our current new Industry 4.0 production area of over 3,000 square metres: the EVOLUTION at Pasta Girardi continues from here!

We have grown over the years, and as we have evolved, we have expanded into other sales channels in addition to the open air market: Horeca, retail, grossisti, whilst staying true to our spirit. Every day, we produce fresh pasta for restaurants, delicatessens and markets that seek true Italian excellence for their customers.
