cr\u00e8me fraiche, de la noix de muscade, la cannelle et du poivre. <br \/>Regolate anche di sale.<br \/>Faire cuire les raviolis pendant 3-4minutes, une fois cuits, les \u00e9goutter et les verser dans la po\u00eale en ajoutant la sauce et bien m\u00e9langer.<br \/>Distribuer dans les assiettes et saupoudrer de noisettes les ch\u00e2taignes cuites en ajoutant un peu de lait pour rendre la cr\u00e8me moelleuse.
