burrata con un goccio di olio (e qualche cucchiaio di latte se necessario) fino ad ottenere una crema densa ed omogenea. <br \/>Pulite gli asparagi eliminando la parte coriacea e cuoceteli a vapore per circa 10 minuti.<br \/>Fate un soffritto leggero con l\u2019olio e il cipollotto, appena pronto unite gli asparagi tagliati a piccole rondelle, salate, e fateli cuocere per pochi minuti, aggiungete poi le fragole tagliate a pezzetti, e cuocete per 1 minuto.<br \/>Lessate i Girasoli in acqua salata per 3-4 minuti, scolateli in una ciotola e mescolateli con qualche cucchiaio di crema di burrata, con le fragole e gli asparagi.<br \/>Coprite il fondo del piatto con la crema di burrata, mettete i Girasoli al centro e decorate con punte di asparagi e un po\u2019 di agretti ben scolati. Aggiungete poi i pomodori secchi e fate insaporire, continuando la cottura per 4-5 minuti.<br \/>Portate a ebollizione abbondante acqua, salatela e fate cuocere i Ravioli per 3-4 minuti, scolateli al dente e conditeli con il sugo appena preparato. <br \/>Impiattate e decorate con una manciata di
