Our production is all about people, which is why we believe it is important to create an innovative and inspiring environment where we can produce the finest varieties of fresh pasta and gourmet foods, whilst having fun. The production plant is located in Lein\u00ec, a short distance from Turin, and covers a total area of 5,000 square metres.<\/p>

The term \u2018Industry 4.0\u2019 refers to a smart business system in which the interconnection of machines, people and information enables improved performance and reduced waste, including energy waste.<\/p>

Industry 4.0 machinery enables constant monitoring of all key parameters in a sensitive production process such as food manufacturing, and allows for the optimisation of all resources used in the process.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The plant is equipped with a state-of-the-art solar power system capable of meeting more than 50% of its energy requirements.<\/p>
